Huge shout out to Charley, who looked after us on both visits — she was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu and different options available. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Friendly and approachable whilst still being professional and courteous — honestly couldn’t fault her at all. The first night we visited, we were dining with friends and every single one of us commented on how fantastic she was. Tonight it was just me and my husband, and once again the service was exceptional. Also a little shout out to another lovely member of staff whose name I sadly can’t remember — she loves chunky jewellery and served us on a previous visit to Brighton. She was equally wonderful and clearly part of what makes this restaurant such a lovely place to eat. Great food, amazing staff, and consistently excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!
